Kootenai County’s Regional Mobility Platform will be built using the Passio MobilityPlatform suite: Navigator™ for fixed route management, ParaPlan™ for demand response, Connect™ for on demand and GO™ with MobilityPlanner for rider-facing apps on major mobile platforms.
Our goal is to provide one location for riders to understand their transit options, how to use single app payments on transit, and to understand the accessibility & equity available using transit.

Navigating Public or Private transit is tricky. Each provider presents their transportation options differently including: different schedules, routes, and payment options - meaning separate accounts for each transportation provider.

Transportation providers use MobilityPlatform to add their coverage areas, times, and costs. Providers have more consistent stream of trips and can plan capacity.
Riders use MobilityPlanner to compare routes and modes based on cost and availability. Riders are educated and plan with confidence.
